Our collaboration with WCT Holdings Bhd and Hyatt Hotels Corp manifests our ability to create exceptional hospitality spaces. We embarked on a transformative project to develop Hyatt Place Johor Bahru, a sophisticated 200-room hotel in Malaysia that aligns with the high standards of these renowned entities.

Strategically located within a 13-acre integrated development that includes Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, the largest regional mall in the area, the hotel is perfectly situated in a prime retail, dining, and leisure hub. This project not only reflects our technical skills but also illustrates our aptitude for context-sensitive design and development.

The Hyatt Place Johor Bahru spans a gross floor area (GFA) of 3,066 sqm. The hotel includes 200 guest rooms, a cafe, swimming pool, fitness centre, and over 2,400 sqft of meeting space, catering to the varied needs of business and leisure travellers.

Throughout the project, we implemented Level of Development (LOD) 400, creating detailed models for precise architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs. As a result, we created a design model that would facilitate efficient construction and potential future refurbishments.

Our project BIM coordination ensured seamless integration of all elements, from architectural and structural components to MEP systems. We conducted rigorous clash detection and analysis, identifying and resolving potential issues before they could impact the construction process. Furthermore, our coordination drawings were an instrumental tool in ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project.
