Mimar’s role in the construction of the Almayssam Automotive Chevrolet Showroom in Libya showcases our proficiency in coordinating and executing large-scale commercial projects. This commercial low-rise building is not just a car showroom but also comprises office spaces, a dedicated car service building, and an employee hostel, making it a multi-faceted and extensive facility.

Located across a gross floor area (GFA) of 250,300 square meters, our services were engaged to provide architecture and building information modeling (BIM) coordination. This project underscores Mimar’s versatility in handling different types of projects and our commitment to deliver exceptional results irrespective of the project’s scale or complexity.

Our architectural services ensured that the structure resonated with the brand image of Chevrolet, a global leader in the automobile industry. We focused on designing a state-of-the-art facility that not only showcases the vehicles but also provides an engaging and immersive customer experience.

BIM coordination, one of our primary responsibilities in the project, involved creating detailed digital representations of the building’s physical and functional characteristics. Our BIM models served as a shared knowledge resource for all stakeholders, fostering better decision-making throughout the building’s lifecycle, from earliest conception to demolition.

During the BIM coordination process, we focused on maintaining seamless integration and communication between all parties involved. This helped us to preemptively address any potential design conflicts and ensure the smooth execution of the project.
