At Mimar, our technical capabilities are put to the test with the development of a high-tech IC substrate manufacturing plant for AT&S, a global leader in the high-end microelectronics industry. Our role in this project includes providing Building Information Modelling (BIM) services at an LOD 400 level, which includes the management and coordination of intricate 3D elements that are accurate in terms of size, shape, location, quantity, and orientation.
